Alenka was a wonderful guide who beautifully took us through the Old Town of Split. We spent 4 hours with her and the time flew by! Tour took few hours within Diokletian’s palace and we were provided with numerous details about history as well as present status of the palace and living style within it. We signed up for a small group food & wine tasting tour in Split. It ended up only being the two of us, so Alenka took us on a private tour through Diocletian's Palace. She covered Split's history, Game of Thrones, culture, food, and wine. We had a private olive oil tasting, tried a few kinds of brandy, and ended with a wine tasting paired with cured meats and cheese. All of the food and drink was excellent.

If you do one thing in Croatia make sure it's a tour with Alenka, I guarantee you won't regret it. We had such a wonderful time on our tour of Diocletian's Palace in Split, it was a real highlight of our trip and I can't recommend it highly enough! Alenka is so knowledgeable and friendly, we had so much fun learning about the palace and the history of Split.
